Among them, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s “Smart Interconnected Industrial Internet Platform for the Injection Product Industry Chain and Supply Chain” was selected.
As a leading domestic manufacturer of injectable pharmaceuticals, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has set the goal of building a “Lighthouse Factory,” closely aligning its efforts with the digital and intelligent transformation roadmap for the pharmaceutical industry. Guided by scenario-based applications, the company adheres to a strategy of plan-driven development, problem-oriented approaches, tailored policy measures, and systematic advancement, thereby comprehensively enhancing the overall effectiveness of its digital transformation. The company’s proposed project, “Smart Interconnected Industrial Internet Platform for the Injectable Product Industry Chain and Supply Chain,” focuses on key areas such as quality control, supply chain management, and production-line collaboration. By establishing an integrated “ERP–MES–APS” smart manufacturing hub, deeply integrating various business systems, and leveraging real-time data exchange and advanced intelligent algorithms, the platform achieves end-to-end data connectivity across the entire value chain—from R&D and design through manufacturing, supply-chain management, and marketing—significantly elevating the sophistication, intelligence, greenness, and integration of application scenarios. Since its implementation, the platform has not only accelerated production response times and enhanced the precision of quality control but also effectively reduced operational costs, thereby driving the enterprise’s transition toward a new model of industrialization. Moreover, the platform supports the seamless integration of industrial equipment, providing solutions for complex application scenarios across the upstream and downstream segments of the industry chain and delivering remarkable results for enterprises in the sector.
According to reports, the list of selected platforms was determined in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology’s “Notice on Launching the 2025 Application Process for the ‘Challenge-Based Recruitment’ Initiative for Key Industrial Internet Platforms.” The selection process involved multiple rigorous stages, including enterprise applications, review and recommendation by the industrial and information technology bureaus of various cities, expert evaluation organized by the provincial department, and on-site verification, all aimed at leveraging the “challenge-based recruitment” mechanism to encourage industrial internet platforms to serve as model leaders in empowering the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and in advancing the modernization of industrial and supply chains.
This round of selections includes three regional industrial internet platforms and six industry-specific industrial internet platforms, with service coverage spanning several key sectors such as steel, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, food, and equipment manufacturing.
