To deepen the substance of university–enterprise cooperation and build a high-quality employment bridge, on December 1, representatives from the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group visited Shijiazhuang Institute of Science and Technology Vocational Education to discuss ways to strengthen university–enterprise collaboration and promote the cultivation and employment of skilled personnel. Li Xiaolu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the institute, along with relevant administrative leaders and heads of pertinent departments, attended the symposium.
To deepen the substance of university–enterprise cooperation and build a high-quality employment bridge, on December 1, representatives from the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group visited Shijiazhuang Institute of Science and Technology Vocational Education to discuss ways to strengthen university–enterprise collaboration and promote the cultivation and employment of skilled personnel. Li Xiaolu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the institute, along with relevant administrative leaders and heads of related departments, attended the symposium.
During the symposium, Li Xiaolu, on behalf of the college, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Group’s human resources department and emphasized the college’s high regard for university–enterprise cooperation. He expressed the hope that the college would strengthen collaboration with leading enterprises in the biopharmaceutical industry and proactively establish diversified platforms for students’ growth and employment. The Group’s human resources representatives then provided an overview of the company’s development, its future plans, and its talent needs, noting that the enterprise’s rapid growth in recent years has created a broad platform for university–enterprise partnerships and graduate employment. They stated that Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group will further deepen its fruitful cooperation with Shijiazhuang Institute of Science and Technology, fully leveraging the strengths of both parties in talent cultivation, technological innovation, and resource integration. By jointly establishing a coordinated mechanism for skills training, internships, and employment, the two institutions aim to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, thereby advancing the integrated development of industry and education in greater depth.
The two sides also engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on key issues such as precise alignment of talent development with industry needs, matching graduate employment supply with demand, and the implementation of industry–education integration projects, and reached preliminary consensus on several cooperative initiatives.
