The outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus has deeply touched the hearts of hundreds of millions of Chinese people. In order to implement the requirements of higher authorities and strengthen overall organizational leadership over epidemic prevention and control efforts, the company established a Leading Group for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control on January 27, which is fully responsible for the company’s epidemic prevention and control work. The Leading Group is chaired by General Manager Wu Hengyao.
The COVID-19 epidemic has deeply touched the hearts of hundreds of millions of Chinese people. In order to implement the requirements of higher authorities and comprehensively strengthen organizational leadership over COVID-19 prevention and control, the company established a COVID-19 Prevention and Control Leading Group on January 27, which is fully responsible for the company’s epidemic prevention and control efforts. The Leading Group is chaired by General Manager Wu Hengyao.
The leading group has mandated that all departments, with a high sense of political responsibility and a steadfast political stance, must unswervingly implement the Party and government’s decisions and arrangements for current epidemic prevention and control, and resolutely win the tough battle against the epidemic. It is essential to strengthen awareness of the priority and urgency of epidemic prevention and control, ensure that responsibilities are firmly assigned and enforced, and rigorously carry out all measures with strictness, meticulousness, practicality, and comprehensiveness. In accordance with the provincial-level response requirements, efforts must be intensified to effectively conduct epidemic prevention work, leaving no stone unturned to safeguard the life safety and health of every employee of the company.
To ensure effective prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia within the company, the leading group has made the following specific arrangements: First, conduct thorough disinfection throughout the factory premises in accordance with the “Technical Guidelines for Preventive Disinfection of Novel Coronavirus Infection in Public Places (Trial),” assigning dedicated personnel to carry out daily disinfection of all areas and maintaining detailed daily records. Second, closely monitor individuals entering from epidemic-affected areas and those who have had contact with such individuals. Conduct a meticulous screening of all employees who have visited Wuhan or had contact with travelers to or from Wuhan within the past 14 days, requiring them to closely monitor their own health, measure their temperature daily, and ensuring that no one is overlooked or fails to report. Employees with no known exposure should minimize participation in group activities and continue to monitor their temperature. Third, strengthen health monitoring of employees on business trips, particularly those traveling to and from Wuhan; collect and record their health information and contact details, promptly report any suspicious cases, and arrange for timely transfer to designated hospitals for isolation and treatment in accordance with established procedures. Fourth, implement comprehensive community-based prevention and control measures by setting up control checkpoints at factory entrances and workshop doors, conducting routine temperature screenings of both on-site workers and visitors, performing personnel screenings, and collecting and reporting relevant information. At the same time, make full use of various channels to widely disseminate public education on infectious disease prevention and control, thereby effectively enhancing the enterprise’s capacity for community-based prevention and control.
The company is diligently conducting epidemic prevention and control screenings to safeguard the health of its employees.
