Implementing Targeted Measures for Prevention and Control, Maintaining Vigilance in the Fight Against the Epidemic

“Please line up for temperature screening!” Early on February 26, at the entrance to the Bosheng factory premises, on-duty staff seconded from various departments were taking the temperatures of and disinfecting all employees entering the facility. After employees had gradually entered the production workshops, team leaders conducted another round of checks, allowing workers to report for duty only after confirming that they were in good spirits.

“The safety and health of our employees come first; epidemic prevention and control must be treated as our top priority!” Following the outbreak, Bosheng promptly established a leading group for epidemic prevention and control and adopted the post-holiday work resumption policy of “controlling the epidemic, ensuring safety, and maintaining stable production.” The company also formulated four epidemic-control policies and procedures, enabling the orderly implementation of anti-epidemic production activities.

Implement individual serving and meal-delivery systems to prevent large gatherings for meals; conduct a comprehensive review of employees’ travel histories during the holiday period, and rigorously enforce pre-return reporting, medical observation, and quarantine measures for employees returning from outside the province or city; conduct daily temperature screenings for all personnel entering the workplace, and carry out scheduled, thorough disinfection of office areas, production workshops, cafeterias, and company vehicles; reduce large-scale indoor gatherings and prioritize communication methods such as corporate email whenever possible… These measures have been successively formulated and implemented, thereby maximizing the protection of the lives and health of on-site employees.

Stepping into the rubber stopper workshop, we see production equipment running at high speed, with employees “fully geared up” in masks, working diligently and efficiently. This bustling production scene underscores the BoSheng team’s determination and confidence to make the most of every minute and accelerate progress.

“We have rigorously implemented prevention and control mechanisms, employee screening, facility and material management, and internal operations, thereby steadily resuming work and production. Everyone is now highly motivated,” said Yao Guoyuan, General Manager of Bosheng.

At the Bosheng plant, a fully loaded truck carrying multi-layer co-extruded medical infusion film was seen ready to depart.

"On February 14, Bosheng officially resumed work and production, becoming one of the first batch of enterprises in Xinghua City to do so," said Yao Guoyuan. As of February 22, all 560 of Bosheng's employees had reported for duty, with the infusion film and rubber stopper production lines operating at full capacity, restoring output to pre-holiday normal levels. "Although we have been affected by the epidemic, we remain confident that, through refined management and proactive market capture, we can make up for the losses incurred due to the outbreak."
