Recently, the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce issued an initiative to all its member enterprises and entrepreneurs, calling for priority employment for the children of medical personnel on the front lines of the fight against the epidemic. Su Xuejun, Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., stated that his company would actively respond to the chamber’s initiative and make concrete contributions to supporting the fight against the epidemic.
Recently, the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce issued an initiative to all its member enterprises and entrepreneurs, calling for priority employment for the children of medical personnel on the front lines of the fight against the epidemic. Su Xuejun, Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Industry Chamber of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., stated that his company would actively respond to the chamber’s initiative and make concrete contributions to supporting the epidemic response.
The initiative calls on all member enterprises of the Pharmaceutical Commerce Association to give priority employment opportunities to the children of frontline medical personnel who have recently graduated, thereby offering small but meaningful gestures of support and comfort to these heroes and ensuring they can focus on their vital work without any worries about their families.
Upon receiving the initiative, Su Xuejun stated: “The stable development of the nation is inextricably linked to the interests of enterprises and individuals. As a responsible and conscientious enterprise, we must demonstrate our corporate social responsibility at critical moments, sharing the nation’s and society’s burdens. We are committed to making concrete contributions—through our own actions—to helping secure employment for the children of frontline medical personnel who have recently graduated.”
He requested that, at this year’s online job fair for graduating college students, a special recruitment program be launched for “frontline anti-epidemic heroes,” with details on the number of positions, job roles, and required majors, in order to provide active employment support for the children of all medical personnel on the front lines of the epidemic response who are recent graduates.
According to the Human Resources Department of Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical, this action plan has now been launched and is available at any time to provide career counseling and employment services for the children of medical personnel who have recently graduated.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical, as a vice-president and board member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce’s Chamber of Commerce for the Pharmaceutical Industry, has earnestly fulfilled its social responsibility, taken proactive leadership, and acted decisively. Upholding the spirit of “working together in unity to overcome difficulties,” the company has generously donated funds, medicines, and supplies, actively cooperated with epidemic prevention and control efforts, and made significant contributions to the fight against the pandemic. To date, it has donated emergency relief medicines worth RMB 2.57 million to Hubei Province, including Wuhan and the Shennongjia Forestry District.
