I. Name and Overview of the Construction Project
Upon completion, this project will have an annual production capacity of 12 tonnes of moxifloxacin hydrochloride, 5 tonnes of arbidol hydrochloride, and 5 tonnes of bromhexine hydrochloride. It is a renovation and expansion project located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Xingye Street and Three Gorges Road in the Shijiazhuang Bio-Industry Base, Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project will be implemented on the third floor of the existing API workshop, where two production lines will be constructed over an area of approximately 700 square meters; concurrently, the existing wastewater treatment station will undergo upgrading and reconstruction to improve effluent water quality. Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. currently has an annual production capacity of 500 tonnes of hydroxyethyl starch products and 100 tonnes of azithromycin. The company is also undertaking the New Formulation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park Project (Phase I). Given that a new wastewater treatment station is being built as part of this ongoing project, the existing wastewater treatment station will no longer be upgraded or reconstructed.
