Recently, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of “Advanced Private Enterprise in the Fight Against the COVID-19 Pandemic” by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
In its briefing, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce pointed out that, in the arduous battle against the epidemic, private enterprises across the board have fully leveraged their strengths and proactively fulfilled their social responsibilities. Through diverse initiatives—including making monetary and in-kind donations, organizing the conversion of production to support pandemic response, sourcing epidemic-prevention supplies globally, and directly engaging on the front lines of the fight—these enterprises have actively participated in the people’s war against the epidemic. Their efforts have not only provided robust material support for epidemic control but also made significant contributions to solidly advancing the “Six Stabilities” and implementing the “Six Guarantees,” thereby promoting economic and social development.
Since the beginning of this year, in the face of the sudden COVID-19 pandemic, Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has responded to the call of the Party Central Committee, united as one, and actively engaged in epidemic prevention and control. With a strong sense of mission and responsibility, the company has overcome numerous challenges by organizing its employees to work overtime and around the clock to produce antiviral drugs, disinfectants, and other hygiene and sterilization products. It promptly dispatched antiviral and antibacterial medications—including Arbidol Hydrochloride Capsules, Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Sodium Chloride Injection, and Levofloxacin Lactate Injection—to Wuhan and Hubei Province, making every effort to ensure the stable supply of anti-pandemic materials. The company was among the first pharmaceutical enterprises in Hebei Province to provide emergency support.
During the pandemic, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical donated more than 30,000 units of medicines to Hubei Province, including abidor hydrochloride capsules and moxifloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection. In addition, the company provided pharmaceuticals and financial donations totaling approximately RMB 3 million to designated hospitals for COVID-19 prevention and control in Wuhan, the Shennongjia Forestry District, and medical personnel assisting Hubei. Furthermore, it supplied 410,000 bottles (or drums) of disinfectant to Beijing and Tianjin. Through these efforts, the company successfully fulfilled its national, provincial, and municipal mandates for ensuring the supply of anti-pandemic medicines and materials, earning high praise from the relevant authorities.
