Su Xuejun, Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical, Honored as a “National Outstanding Private Entrepreneur for Caring for Employees”

Su Xuejun, Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was honored with the title of “National Outstanding Private Entrepreneur for Caring About Employees,” making him the only entrepreneur from Hebei Province to receive this distinction.

On February 8, the National Conference on Commending Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment and Social Security and on Recognizing Those Who Demonstrate Win-Win Outcomes Through Employee Care was held in Beijing, co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Su Xuejun, Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was honored with the title of “National Outstanding Private Entrepreneur for Employee Care,” making him the only entrepreneur from Hebei Province to receive this distinction.

According to reports, this national-level selection initiative is jointly organized by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Its purpose is to encourage and guide private enterprises to uphold their ideals and convictions, actively participate in the comprehensive deepening of reform, accelerate transformation and upgrading, and achieve scientific development. The initiative also seeks to promote the proactive role of enterprises in expanding employment, caring for employees, and fostering harmonious labor relations, while recognizing and commending the contributions made by private enterprises in supporting higher-quality development and fuller employment.
Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a large, key, and pillar pharmaceutical enterprise in Hebei Province, ranking among the Top 100 Chinese pharmaceutical companies.
