Recently, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was recognized by the Hebei Provincial Emergency Management and Work Safety Association as an “Advanced Unit in Emergency Management and Work Safety for 2020 in Hebei Province.”
In 2020, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical firmly embraced the concept of safety-first development, rigorously fulfilled its corporate principal responsibility, and took the establishment of a safety culture as its guiding principle. By strengthening the dual-prevention mechanism and enhancing accountability assessments for principal responsibilities, the company intensified basic management and ensured effective implementation of its core obligations, thereby laying a solid foundation for safe and stable business development.
In 2020, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical further refined its work safety responsibility system, vigorously advanced target-based management and performance appraisal under the responsibility system, deepened the implementation of the dual-prevention mechanism, and ensured that responsibilities for risk-based control and hazard identification and remediation were fully assigned and fulfilled. The company completed the fifth edition of the risk-based control ledger, thereby strengthening the sense of responsibility and mission across all levels and departments.

Further strengthen initiatives to enhance the professional competence of safety production management personnel, continuously improve the ability of on-duty staff to perform their duties and the effectiveness of management, and deepen the standardization of safety production. To date, one individual has obtained the Hebei Province Safety Production Standardization Reviewer Certificate; one individual has been appointed as an expert in the expert pool by the China Chemical Safety Association and the Shijiazhuang Municipal Emergency Management Bureau; one individual has passed the National Registered Safety Assessor Examination; one individual has passed the National Registered Fire Protection Engineer Examination; and four individuals have passed the National Registered Safety Engineer Examination.

Further strengthen the construction of the team-level safety training system. Conduct in-depth, targeted safety production training at critical links in safe production, with a particular focus on frontline teams; organize “Employees Talk Safety” activities on an appropriate schedule; actively foster a culture of safety awareness and education; and vigorously advance the initiative to establish provincial-level model enterprises for safety culture. In 2020, one employee was awarded the title of “Specially Appointed Distinguished Instructor” by Labor Protection, the official magazine of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and numerous articles promoting the company’s achievements in safety production were published in newspapers and magazines such as China Emergency Management News, Hebei Safety Production, Labor Protection, Chemical Industry Management, and Shijiazhuang Daily.
