On March 14, Wang Jinshan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Gaocheng District Committee and District Mayor of Shijiazhuang, led a team to conduct on-site inspections of several key projects within the district, including the New-Formulation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park of Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, to review and coordinate progress on the construction of these priority initiatives.
At the construction site of the Guolong Pharmaceutical New-Formulation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park project under Shisiyao Group, Wang Jinshan conducted a detailed on-site review of the project’s progress, listened to briefings from the company’s leadership, and convened an on-site meeting to deliberate and formulate solutions to the challenges encountered during construction.
Wang Jinshan emphasized that all relevant departments should strengthen communication and coordination, assist enterprises in overcoming difficulties, and accelerate the progress of key projects. It is essential to further enhance project-oriented thinking, keep project work firmly at the forefront of attention and under close supervision, and leverage the implementation of individual projects to drive the healthy and steady development of our region’s economy. Project contractors must earnestly reinforce their commitment to quality and safety, rigorously implement epidemic prevention and control measures, proactively manage timelines and expedite progress, and complete project construction as swiftly as possible, with the goal of achieving early completion, early production commencement, and early realization of benefits.
The Guolong Pharmaceutical New-Formulation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park Project of Shisiyao Group is a key provincial, municipal, and district-level project. With strong support from Shijiazhuang City, Gaocheng District, and the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and leveraging the zone’s advantages as a national-level development area—namely its geographic location and industrial clustering—the project is being developed to world-class pharmaceutical standards, creating an internationally oriented pharmaceutical industrial park. It serves as a foundational initiative for Shisiyao Group to implement the new development philosophy and to chart a blueprint for high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
