Recently, in the selection of exemplary grassroots Party-building initiatives in Gaocheng District, the “Four Shines” initiative launched by the company’s Party Committee to promote development was recognized by the Organization Department of the Gaocheng District CPC Committee as an “exemplary Party-building practice” and was awarded a certificate of honor.

To fully implement the important instructions and directives issued by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Party Central Committee on strengthening Party building in non-public enterprises, and to carry out the “Two Studies, One Action” study-and-education campaign in depth, the company’s Party Committee has taken the mutual promotion and common advancement of Party building and business operations as the connecting link. Adhering to the working principle of “focusing on development through Party building and using strong Party building to drive development,” the Committee has launched the “Four Brights” initiative for Party building—namely, “making our Party membership visible to set a positive example; identifying gaps to strive for excellence and take the lead; demonstrating service to build a harmonious society; and making firm commitments to ensure diligent performance of duties”—as the practical platform for action. Through these efforts, the Committee has fully leveraged the role of Party branches as fighting fortresses and vanguards, educating and guiding Party members to consciously align themselves with the central tasks and contribute to the overall cause, so that they may work hard, make outstanding contributions, and achieve success in advancing the enterprise toward its goal of “dual strength.”

To ensure transparency and accountability, the company’s Party Committee has established “Party Member Pioneer Posts” and “Party Member Model Posts,” prominently displaying information such as name cards, badges, and signage in various departments, workshops, and other workstations. This initiative encourages Party members to regularly display their Party member identification cards, wear Party member badges, and affix Party member signs, thereby strengthening their sense of Party membership, projecting a positive public image, and voluntarily accepting oversight from the general public, service recipients, and Party organizations.

By identifying gaps and earnestly carrying out activities to strive for excellence, Party members pinpoint their own shortcomings, benchmark themselves against exemplary role models to uncover areas for improvement, and engage in targeted training and study to enhance their technical skills, capabilities, and innovative capacity. This approach further elevates the overall quality of Party members, strengthens their sense of honor and mission, and ensures that they truly serve as pioneers and role models.

Highlighting service, with the core principle of “volunteer service takes the lead and serving society comes first,” we organize Party members to participate in ongoing volunteer initiatives such as “voluntary blood donation” and “visiting and comforting workers in need.” We also provide public-service activities like safe medication guidance and support for targeted poverty alleviation, thereby actively fulfilling our social responsibilities.

Make commitments: In alignment with the enterprise’s innovation-driven development and annual business objectives, party branches shall organize party members to sign annual commitment letters, integrating common commitments, post-specific commitments, and practical-achievement commitments to embody the “four focuses and four qualities” standards for Communist Party members.

The “Four Brights” initiative represents a further implementation of the “Two Studies, One Action” study and education campaign and serves as a concrete measure to deepen this effort. Its successful execution has enhanced Party members’ sense of honor and pride, thereby providing strong impetus for the enterprise’s high-quality development.
