On January 28, Shisiyao Group (02005.HK) issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Bosheng), submitted an application to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company on January 27 for the listing of its shares on the New Third Board, which was accepted on January 28.

(hereinafter referred to as Jiangsu Bosheng), submitted an application to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Company on January 27 for the listing of its shares on the New Third Board, which was accepted on January 28.
The announcement discloses that shares of Jiangsu Bosheng, a subsidiary of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, will seek an independent listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
