On the afternoon of February 9, Zhao Luxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, led a delegation to conduct field visits and research at key enterprises within the zone, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. Wan Shujun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee; Wu Yinglan, Member of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Party and Government Office; as well as relevant officials from the Economic Development Bureau and other departments, also participated in the visit.
On the afternoon of February 9, Zhao Luxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, led a delegation to conduct field visits and research at key enterprises within the zone, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. Zhao Luxin and his delegation conducted a thorough review of the group’s development history and visited the R&D center, where they heard firsthand from Chairman Su Xuejun on the group’s current production and operations, innovation and R&D efforts, and future development plans. During discussions with relevant company executives, they also sought detailed information on the challenges and issues the company has encountered in its business development.
Zhao Luxin stated that the biopharmaceutical and electronic information industries are the pillar sectors underpinning the steady economic development of the High-tech Zone and have made significant contributions to its high-quality growth. The High-tech Zone will firmly uphold the principle that “projects are paramount,” further optimize the business environment in response to the operational and developmental needs of enterprises, and always ground its efforts in the practical realities of businesses. It will earnestly serve as a dedicated “shop assistant” for enterprise development, providing attentive, heartfelt, and vigorous support to help companies expand and strengthen; it will also conduct a comprehensive review of the bottlenecks and pain points in the process of delivering services to enterprises, based on the actual conditions of regional development, to effectively address the real difficulties and challenges they face in production and operations. Adhering to the approach of “focusing all efforts on projects and aligning everything around them,” the High-tech Zone will create favorable conditions for the sustained and healthy development of enterprises, thereby making a greater contribution through concrete actions to the city’s goal of surpassing RMB 1 trillion in economic output.
