Despite the lingering chill of early spring, the eager footsteps of students pursuing their hopes and dreams could not be deterred. Amidst great anticipation, the 2023 Hebei Province Spring Mega Job Fair opened on February 18 at the Hebei Provincial Art Center.

As the morning sun rises, the job fair venue is already bustling with crowds. Among the hundreds of recruiting companies and public institutions, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s strikingly red, specially designed recruitment booth vividly conveys the company’s enthusiasm for “welcoming talented individuals from all corners,” drawing large numbers of students and their parents eager to learn more. According to preliminary statistics, the Group received more than 380 resumes at the 2023 Hebei Province Spring Large-Scale Talent Recruitment Fair, covering positions in R&D, technology, quality control, marketing, foreign trade, and administrative management.
