2. Basic Project Information
The project is located at No. 19 Lishizhen Road, West Zone of the Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hebei Province. The total investment for the project amounts to RMB 500.4434 million. The construction scale and main components are as follows: the project will acquire an additional 150 mu of land and add 8,362 square meters of building area. It is designed to produce 10,000 tonnes per annum of pharmaceutical intermediates, with sodium chloride as a by-product at a rate of 14,048 tonnes per annum.

4. Project Construction Content:
This project is the 10,000 t/a pharmaceutical intermediate project of Cangzhou Lingang Youyi Chemical Co., Ltd., and comprises main engineering works, auxiliary engineering works, utility engineering works, and environmental protection engineering works. The main engineering works consist of the production workshop, while the auxiliary engineering works include the tank farm, warehouse, office area, and other facilities. The utility engineering works encompass water supply, power supply, and heating (and cooling) systems. The environmental protection engineering works include flue gas treatment measures, wastewater treatment measures, noise control systems, and solid waste disposal measures.
