Zhang Xiaobing and his delegation conducted a site visit to the multi-layer co-extruded film project for biological applications, listened carefully to briefings on the company’s production and operations, market share, and technological innovation, inquired about the challenges and difficulties currently facing the company’s development, and sought the company’s views and suggestions on government support for healthy and high-quality development.

In recent years, Bosheng Medical Packaging has deeply cultivated the high-end, precision, and cutting-edge pharmaceutical packaging materials sector, steadfastly pursuing a development path characterized by specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation. The company has consistently focused on its core business, prioritized independent innovation, and established an efficient, state-of-the-art R&D and innovation system for pharmaceutical packaging materials. As a result, it has developed a series of high-quality formulations and advanced manufacturing processes, and has taken the lead in China in mastering patented vacuum deposition technology for poly(p-xylene), as well as novel formulations and processes for cefalosporin-specific rubber stoppers. Bosheng has successfully launched a family of coated rubber stoppers that fill critical domestic gaps and is currently the only enterprise in China to master the production technology for radiation-resistant sterilizable rubber stoppers. By actively exploring new technologies and innovative concepts in the field of pharmaceutical packaging materials, Bosheng Medical Packaging continues to demonstrate robust innovation vitality and strong growth resilience, emerging as a key driver of technological advancement and industrial development in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.

Zhang Xiaobing fully commended Bosheng Medical Devices for its remarkable achievements in entering new growth areas and striving to become a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise. He also stressed the importance of optimizing the mechanism for liaison and service provision, continuously building such signature initiatives as the “Direct Channel for Appeals” and the “United Efforts to Support Industrial Transformation and Upgrading” center, improving the assurance of resource factors, and helping private enterprises achieve transformation, upgrading, and innovative development, thereby fostering a concerted effort to jointly pursue development and promote innovation.
