“At the Shijiazhuang Liberation Memorial Hall, by gaining a deeper understanding of Shijiazhuang’s glorious journey of struggle, we are further inspired to draw strength from the heroic spirit of our revolutionary forebears—their courageous striving and tireless dedication—to refine our Party consciousness, fortify our ideals and convictions, and strive to make new contributions in our respective posts, thereby working hard to help build a modern, internationally oriented, and beautiful provincial capital city.” To thoroughly advance the thematic education on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and comprehensively study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further strengthen Party building as the guiding force, and inspire and guide the broad ranks of Party members and employees to remain steadfast in their ideals and convictions, on the afternoon of July 22, the Party Committee of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group organized branch secretaries, representatives of the ‘Two Excellences and One Pioneer’ award recipients, and prospective Party members to visit and study at the Shijiazhuang Liberation Memorial Hall, conducting a themed Party Day activity.

Party members of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. listened attentively to the guide’s heartfelt explanations and viewed one after another of the detailed and moving historical photographs and precious cultural relics, thereby revisiting the glorious history of Shijiazhuang as a city of revolution, heroism, and victory.

Upon entering the memorial hall’s exhibition rooms, visitors listened attentively to the docent’s explanations, examined a wealth of precious photographs and authentic artifacts, and immersed themselves in cutting-edge multimedia displays. Through these experiences, they gained a profound understanding of the arduous years of struggle and the glorious history surrounding our Party’s liberation of the first major city, while deeply appreciating the remarkable achievements and outstanding accomplishments the Party has led the people of Shijiazhuang in attaining in economic and social development.

The photographs showcasing Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s innovative, high-quality development, on display at the “Building Dreams in Shijiazhuang” exhibit at the Shijiazhuang Liberation Memorial Hall, have greatly inspired and energized Party members.

Each historical photograph vividly recounts the heroic deeds of the veteran revolutionary martyrs who devoted themselves wholeheartedly and fearlessly sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary cause during the liberation of Shijiazhuang; each historical artifact tells the moving red story of Shijiazhuang as the “first city of the founding of the nation” and the place from which “New China emerged.” “Today’s visit to the Shijiazhuang Liberation Memorial Hall has given me a deeper understanding of revolutionary history and Party history, and allowed me to profoundly appreciate Shijiazhuang’s glorious journey. As a native of Shijiazhuang, I feel immense pride. I will transform the glorious traditions and fighting spirit of our revolutionary forebears into a powerful driving force for doing my job well, and I will step up to the responsibility and mission of promoting the high-quality development of our enterprise,” said Jiang Deguang, an outstanding Communist Party member of the Group.

In the main hall of the Shijiazhuang Liberation Memorial Hall, Party members stood in solemn silence and solemnly took an oath before the bright red Party flag. Their resolute and powerful vows expressed their determination to carry forward the red heritage and to always keep their original aspiration and mission firmly in mind.

Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive President of the Group, presented certificates of honor and medals to the “Two Excellences and One Pioneer” recipients, inspiring all Party members to learn from, emulate, and strive to be role models, thereby demonstrating new commitment and achieving new results in vigorously advancing the Group’s high-quality development.

“As pharmaceutical professionals in the new era, we must follow in the footsteps of our revolutionary predecessors, carry forward the red heritage, further strengthen our ideals and convictions, keep firmly in mind our original aspiration and mission, and perform our duties to the best of our ability. We should consciously align the development of our enterprise with the needs of the national strategy, strive for practical results to invigorate Shijiazhuang, and contribute to the country through industrial development.” Before the solemn Party flag, all Party members visiting the exhibition reaffirmed their oath of admission to the Party. Participants unanimously expressed that Shijiazhuang has provided a rare opportunity for the biopharmaceutical industry to accelerate high-quality development and achieve pioneering breakthroughs. They pledged to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions during his inspection tours of Hebei Province and Shijiazhuang, taking the thematic education campaign as an opportunity to “study thought, strengthen Party character, emphasize practice, and make new achievements.” They will actively join the endeavor to build a modern, international, and beautiful provincial capital city, and, through new achievements in innovative development, strive to contribute the Fourth Pharmaceutical Group’s share to the continued expansion of Shijiazhuang’s biopharmaceutical industry and the creation of a cluster worth hundreds of billions of yuan.
