Hebei University of Technology Delegation Conducts Research Visit to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group

On August 3, Li Zibiao, Vice President of Hebei University of Technology, led a delegation to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group for a research visit, accompanied by Cao Fengmei, Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

At the Group’s R&D Center, Sun Lijie, Executive President of the Group and General Manager of the R&D Center, together with Tian Pengmei, Executive President and General Manager of the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center, warmly welcomed a delegation from Hebei University of Technology. They briefed the delegation, led by Li Zibiao, on the Group’s R&D innovation initiatives, product pipeline development, industrial planning, and university–enterprise collaboration, expressing the hope that both sides will deepen their cooperation, enhance mutual exchange, and focus on advancing “Made in China” pharmaceuticals. Specifically, they urged further expansion of collaborative efforts in areas such as research projects, technology transfer and commercialization, and joint talent development, identifying key areas of synergy and leverage to drive new achievements and breakthroughs in mutually beneficial, win-win partnerships between the university and the enterprise.

A delegation from Hebei University of Technology conducted a close-up inspection of the Group’s research environment, gaining a firsthand sense of the vigorous momentum driving its high-quality development, and expressed appreciation for the Group’s remarkable achievements in innovative, green, and high-quality development over recent years.

Li Zibiao provided an overview of Hebei University of Technology’s enrollment and employment initiatives, talent development programs, and industry–university collaboration. He emphasized that on-site enterprise visits are a crucial step in deepening such partnerships, and that the university will closely monitor enterprises’ talent needs, fully leverage its strengths in talent cultivation and scientific research, and promote the seamless integration of talent development and recruitment with the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. In doing so, the university aims to support enterprises in achieving innovative, high-quality growth and to continuously open up new avenues for mutually beneficial outcomes between the institution and industry.

Cao Fengmei stated that she will, as always, strengthen policy support, enhance service quality, and foster a favorable environment to further bolster and energize collaboration between schools and enterprises.
