To standardize and enhance the professional skills and daily management capabilities of workshop accountants and warehouse custodians, the trade union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group recently organized a technical skills competition for workshop accountants and warehouse administrators. A total of 47 accountants and custodians from various workshops within the Production and Manufacturing Center and the Warehousing and Logistics Center took part in the event.
To standardize and enhance the professional skills and daily management capabilities of workshop accountants and warehouse custodians, the Trade Union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group recently organized a technical skills competition for workshop accountants and warehouse administrators. A total of 47 accountants and custodians from various workshops within the Production and Manufacturing Center and the Warehousing and Logistics Center took part in the event.
This technical skills competition assesses participants’ knowledge and competencies in key aspects of daily work processes, with a strong emphasis on evaluating their professional capabilities and performance levels. The contestants include both seasoned veterans with many years of experience and newer employees who have recently joined the organization. Drawing on what they have learned, practiced, and applied in their day-to-day work, they responded calmly and confidently.
Following the competition, Yang Dong from Workshop 204 of the Production and Manufacturing Center was awarded first prize in the Workshop Accounting Group; Zheng Lin from Workshop 103 and Zhang Xinping from Workshop 203 of the Production and Manufacturing Center each received second prize; Du Yali from the Raw Materials Warehouse of the Warehousing and Logistics Center was awarded first prize in the Warehouse Management Group; Xing Yali from the Finished Goods Warehouse and Wu Jing from the Raw Materials Warehouse of the Warehousing and Logistics Center each received second prize; and Yang Yakun from the Raw Materials Warehouse, Wang Pan from the Finished Goods Warehouse, and Tang Yadong from the Finished Goods Warehouse of the Warehousing and Logistics Center each received third prize.
Recently, the Group Trade Union presented certificates and cash awards to those who achieved outstanding results in this skills competition. Huang Xiaofeng, Chairman of the Group Trade Union, stated that using competitions to promote learning, training, and teaching has effectively inspired employees to enhance their professional knowledge, improve their overall quality, and strengthen their skills, thereby fostering a vigorous atmosphere of emulation, mutual learning, and continuous improvement throughout the Group. Moving forward, the Trade Union will continue to innovate the forms and methods for enhancing employee skills, striving to build a highly efficient, service-oriented, learning-driven, and innovation-focused workforce, and constantly empowering and meeting the requirements for the enterprise’s high-quality development.
