On November 2, the Liaison Station of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs for People’s Congress Deputies organized a study tour for 15 provincial, municipal, and district-level People’s Congress deputies to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to examine the cultivation and development of the biopharmaceutical industry. Yang Zhihui, advisor and chairman of the Liaison Station, took part in the visit. Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group, and Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee, accompanied the delegation.

Su Xuejun, a deputy to the Provincial People’s Congress and Chairman of the Group, briefed Chairman Yang Zhihui and the other NPC deputies participating in the research visit on the remarkable achievements the company has attained in recent years by seizing the rare opportunities presented by Shijiazhuang’s policies that encourage and support the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry, with innovation-driven development as the guiding principle, thereby comprehensively enhancing the quality and efficiency of the enterprise. Both Yang Zhihui and the NPC deputies expressed high praise for the Group’s outstanding accomplishments in pursuing innovative, high-quality development.

Yang Zhihui chaired a symposium at the Group headquarters. Deputies engaged in in-depth exchanges on such issues as optimizing the business environment, promoting scientific and technological innovation, intensifying efforts to attract talent and expertise, strengthening policy implementation, and enhancing corporate financing. Yang Zhihui stated that the symposium was a resounding success and achieved its intended objectives, fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility and commitment of NPC deputies from the business community in supporting the city’s high-quality economic and social development. He further urged all parties to continue to perform the various tasks of the liaison stations effectively and to provide high-quality services to enterprises and entrepreneurs.

Yang Zhihui pointed out that the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government’s vigorous development of five major industrial clusters is a major policy decision that is fully aligned with the city’s actual conditions. The new-generation information electronics and biopharmaceutical industries are poised to be the first to surpass RMB 100 billion in output value, while the advanced equipment manufacturing, modern food, and modern commerce and logistics sectors are also on a solid growth trajectory. The robust development of these five industries will serve as a crucial pillar for achieving our city’s goal of exceeding RMB 1 trillion in economic aggregate. All entrepreneurs are encouraged to learn from outstanding enterprises and business leaders, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of their own companies, and strive to make their businesses stronger, better, and larger.

Yang Zhihui emphasized that all representatives of the liaison stations should actively fulfill their duties as deputies, leverage research activities to submit high-quality proposals and suggestions as people’s congress deputies, and proactively offer advice and recommendations to promote the high-quality development of the city’s five major industries.
