Recently, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission released a list of leading and backbone enterprises in strategic emerging industry clusters. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was recognized as a leading enterprise in the province’s strategic emerging industry cluster, marking another significant honor for the company in advancing the development of strategic emerging industries—following its recognition in November this year as one of the Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Hebei Province’s Strategic Emerging Industries.
Recently, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission released a list of leading and backbone enterprises in strategic emerging industry clusters. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was recognized as a leading enterprise in the province’s strategic emerging industry clusters, marking another significant honor for the company in advancing the development of these industries—following its recognition in November of this year as one of the Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Hebei’s Strategic Emerging Industries.
In recent years, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has grounded itself in the new stage of development, embraced the new development philosophy, and forged a new development pattern. Focusing on national strategic priorities and market demands, the company has made it its mission to research, develop, and manufacture more “Chinese medicines” that are tailored to the genetic heritage and physical characteristics of the Chinese population. According to available information, the designation of leading and backbone enterprises in provincial industrial clusters is an important initiative undertaken by the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission to implement the spirit and requirements of the “Action Plan for Accelerating the Integrated Cluster Development of Strategic Emerging Industries in Hebei Province (2023–2027).” The goal is to foster and strengthen a group of leading and backbone enterprises that feature large industrial scale, strong innovation capacity, robust brand influence, and significant spillover effects on upstream and downstream industries as well as the local economy, thereby building a new type of industrial ecosystem characterized by collaborative innovation among large, medium, and small enterprises, shared production capacity, and seamless connectivity across industrial and supply chains. Following procedures that include enterprise applications, local recommendations, third-party evaluations, and public announcement, a total of 14 enterprises have been recognized as leading enterprises in strategic emerging industry clusters, while 36 enterprises have been designated as backbone enterprises in such clusters.
