Recently, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Hebei Provincial Department of Education issued the “Notice on Printing and Distributing the List of Enterprises for the Fourth Batch of Industry–Education Integration in Hebei Province.” Following recommendations from prefecture-level cities, expert review, and verification by relevant provincial departments, 57 enterprises, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., were successfully included in the fourth batch of the list.
Recently, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Hebei Provincial Department of Education issued the “Notice on Printing and Distributing the List of Enterprises for the Fourth Batch of Industry–Education Integration in Hebei Province,” under which, following recommendations from prefecture-level cities, expert review, and verification by relevant provincial departments, 57 enterprises—including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.—were successfully included in the fourth batch of the province’s list of enterprises to be developed and cultivated as industry–education integration entities.
According to reports, industry–education integrated enterprises are those that are deeply engaged in industry–education integration and school–enterprise cooperation, play a pivotal role in the operation and deepening reform of vocational and higher education institutions, adhere to sound business practices, achieve remarkable results, generate substantial social value, and contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of technical and skills training, boosting institutional appeal and competitiveness, and exerting a strong demonstration and leading effect. Enterprises included on Hebei Province’s list for the development and cultivation of industry–education integrated enterprises will be eligible for preferential support policies, including tax and fee reductions, streamlined project approval procedures, procurement of services, financial support, and favorable land-use policies.
In recent years, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has placed great emphasis on and actively promoted the integration of industry and education. Leveraging its robust research and innovation platforms and its advantages in industrial development, the company has collaborated with leading institutions such as China Pharmaceutical University, Zhengzhou University, and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University to jointly tackle key challenges in innovative drugs and high-end, complex pharmaceuticals. At the same time, the company has proactively established joint talent-development mechanisms with universities, partnering with more than ten institutions—including China Pharmaceutical University, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, Lanzhou University, Hebei Medical University, Hebei Normal University, and North China University of Science and Technology—to co-build internship and practice bases for undergraduate and professional master’s students. These collaborations have facilitated the exploration of new approaches, mechanisms, and models for the joint cultivation of high-level research-oriented and application-focused talent. To date, the Group has jointly trained 13 professional master’s students and nearly 200 undergraduates with these universities, establishing a long-term mechanism for collaborative discipline development, joint talent cultivation, shared process management, co-creation of resources, shared responsibility, and shared outcomes between enterprises and academic institutions. This initiative has effectively aligned the education chain with the technology, industrial, and innovation chains, providing strong human-resource and intellectual support for the company’s high-quality development.
The group’s leadership stated that it will continue to deepen its exploration of integrated industry–education talent-development approaches, further refine the collaborative talent-development mechanism involving industry, academia, research institutions, and education, fully leverage the enterprise’s strengths, pool resources from all stakeholders in industry, academia, and research, and rigorously implement talent-development initiatives to high standards. The goal is to establish an innovative, research-oriented, practice-based training hub of exceptional quality, cultivating a contingent of high-caliber, application-focused professionals who possess solid theoretical foundations, robust technical expertise, and the capability to drive industrial innovation. In doing so, the group aims to make a significant contribution from Shisi Pharmaceutical to accelerating discipline development at industry–education–integrated universities and to promoting the high-quality development of Hebei’s biopharmaceutical industry.
