Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of “Red Flag Unit for Safety Production” in the provincial 100-day competition.

Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of “Red Flag Unit for Work Safety” in the provincial 100-day competition.
Since May 2023, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, in collaboration with the Provincial Health Commission and the Provincial Emergency Management Department, has launched a 100-day campaign across the province targeting key industries and enterprises—including coal mines, non-coal mines, chemical and pharmaceutical facilities, hazardous chemicals operations, industrial and commercial enterprises, and transportation—to prevent risks, identify hidden dangers, and ensure workplace safety. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on work safety, fully carried out the work arrangements on work safety issued by Party committees and governments at all levels, strengthened the principal responsibility of the enterprise, and adhered to the principle that “safety must be managed alongside production and business operations.” The company has rigorously enforced safety responsibility agreements at every level, conducted comprehensive inspections and rectification of various work-safety hazards, made all-out efforts to conduct inspections, address hazards, and control accidents, and established a work-safety responsibility system that extends vertically to the grassroots level and horizontally to all departments. As a result, a corporate culture of work safety has gradually taken shape, effectively safeguarding the lives and health of employees and supporting the safe development of the enterprise.
