Innovation Brings Good News. On April 10, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s applications for Class 3 chemical drugs—metoclopramide hydrochloride injection (2 mL: 10 mg) and compound electrolyte sodium acetate-glucose injection (250 mL and 500 mL)—were approved by the National Medical Products Administration for manufacturing registration and are deemed to have passed the consistency evaluation. Since the beginning of this year, the Group has received approval for a total of 21 new products.

Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Tranexamic Acid Tablets (0.25 g) Have Been Approved
On April 3, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Class 4 chemical drug—tranexamic acid tablets (0.25 g)—received production registration approval from the National Medical Products Administration and is deemed to have passed the bioequivalence evaluation. This marks the group’s 10th newly approved dosage-form product so far this year. To date, the group has a total of 173 drug varieties comprising 226 specifications that have either passed or are deemed to have passed the bioequivalence evaluation for generic drugs in terms of quality and therapeutic efficacy.
On March 30, the upadacitinib API developed by Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, successfully changed its registration status to “A” at the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration, thereby qualifying as an API for use in marketed dosage forms. This marks the eighth specialized API product approved by the Group this year.
