I. Tender Project: Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Cloud Desktop Expansion Project
II. Project Location: Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Research Institute
3. Scope of Tender: 3 servers, 100 Horizon cloud desktop licenses, and 70 sets of cloud desktop terminal boxes with monitors, keyboards, and mice (x86 architecture).
4. Bid Bond: RMB 20,000 ( Note: Bid bond for the cloud desktop capacity expansion project + Information Management Center
V. Place of Contract Execution: No. 518 Huai’an East Road, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
6. Payment Terms: 30% upon arrival and verification of goods; 60% upon successful acceptance; the remaining balance to be paid in full one year after successful acceptance.
7. Installation and Commissioning: The successful bidder shall dispatch personnel to the site to assist in the installation of all equipment, ensuring the safety of the expansion and that business operations remain uninterrupted.
8. Warranty Period: With the exception of the cloud desktop license, which is covered for one year, all other equipment and services are warranted for three years, including three years of operation and maintenance services.
9. Qualification Requirements for Bidding Entities: The bidder must be a legally incorporated enterprise with registered capital of RMB 3 million or more, duly registered and operating within the People’s Republic of China, and demonstrate a solid track record and strong commercial reputation; the bidder must have successful implementation cases for enterprise cloud desktop projects and other related projects; the project delivery team must be stable and possess extensive experience in project management, implementation planning, and training for cloud desktop projects and similar initiatives; the products must be properly licensed and come with quality assurance, as well as reliable and responsive after-sales service.
X. Tender Requirements: A second round of price quotations shall be submitted on-site. The products and services offered by bidders must comply with the requirements set forth in this tender document, including all its appendices. The services provided by bidders shall include, but not be limited to, detailed system requirements analysis, light consulting in key areas, product supply, system implementation, installation and commissioning, system training, and continuous improvement. Furthermore, the services provided by bidders must encompass training and knowledge transfer for the tenderer’s technical and implementation personnel throughout the project’s development and implementation phases, ensuring that the tenderer’s technical staff acquire the capabilities necessary for operations and maintenance as well as for using the specialized modeling tools dedicated to the cloud desktop expansion project, and that the tenderer’s implementation personnel are able to perform independent maintenance.
