Tender for the 2025 Hazardous Waste Disposal Project of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group
1. This tender for hazardous waste disposal is divided into two lots: Lot 1—Shijiazhuang Company of Shisiyao Group (including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the Development Zone Branch of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Pharmaceutical Research Institute), and Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.); Lot 2—Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Bidding manufacturers may freely choose to participate in either lot or in both lots simultaneously.
2. Bidding Requirements: Bidders shall bring photocopies of their company’s business license, hazardous waste operation permit, and other relevant certificates, as well as the bid quotation sheet for hazardous waste.
3. Bid Bond: RMB 10,000. Bidding companies must remit the bid bond to the designated account no later than two days prior to the tender opening, complete the remittance note as specified, and then submit the remittance receipt to the relevant contact person. The bid bond of the successful bidder will be converted into a performance bond and refunded upon the first payment; the bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders (in the first ranking) will be refunded after the award decision is made.
4. Payment Settlement: The disposal fees are inclusive of tax and freight charges. No advance payment is required upon execution of the contract; settlement shall be made on a monthly basis (based on invoices), with payment due in the following month, and Party B shall issue a special value-added tax invoice. Payment terms: electronic acceptance or bank acceptance (for larger amounts).
