Article 1: Project Overview
1. Tender Project: Air-Conditioning Unit for the Cool Storage Facility of New Pharmaceutical Preparations at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
2. Project Location: Second Floor, New Drug Formulation Building, Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone
3. Scope of Tender: Installation of three direct-expansion air-handling units (jet-type), eight ceiling-mounted air-handling units (jet-type, with 7/12°C chilled water), along with associated equipment, piping welding, and equipment positioning.
4. This project is subject to public tendering.
Article 2: Bid Bond
Twenty thousand yuan: 20,000 yuan ( Note: Bid bond for air-conditioning of the cool storage facility for new drug formulations
Article 3: Principal Contract Terms
Place of Contract Execution: No. 518 Huai’an East Road, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Payment Terms: 30% advance payment; 30% upon completion of FAT and prior to shipment; 30% upon successful commissioning; and the remaining 10% as a quality guarantee deposit, to be paid in full without interest one year after delivery, provided no quality issues arise during that period. All payments shall be made by bank acceptance bills.
Delivery Schedule and Lifting Operations: Upon receipt of the Procurement Party’s Notice of Award, the Supplier shall commence calculation of the delivery period, which shall be measured in calendar days, with delivery to the Employer’s site. The Supplier shall be responsible for transporting the equipment to the construction site, positioning the equipment, performing equipment lifting operations, welding copper pipes, applying insulation to copper pipes, and providing on-site supervision and technical guidance, with all associated costs borne by the Supplier.
Warranty Period: 24 months (effective from the date of acceptance inspection)
        Article 4: Bidding Documents
Including, but not limited to:
1. Business license, qualification documents, and the bidder’s power of attorney.
2. Brief overview of the company, including recent performance metrics and a detailed list of users.
3. The tender document shall provide a detailed description of the proposed bid solution (with relevant drawings attached), as well as a list of the manufacturer, material, specifications, and configuration of the equipment being offered.
4. Quotation Requirements:
4.1 Unit prices of equipment, with the manufacturer, quantity, and specifications/model of each major equipment component clearly indicated.
4.2 The total project quotation includes 13% value-added tax. Party B accepts acceptance bills.
5. Project delivery period: 50 calendar days; construction period: 25 days.
6. Validity of Quotation: The quotation shall be valid for (30) days following the submission of the bid.
7. Photocopies of patent and trademark certificates for the supplied products.
8. After-sales service and commitments.
9. Bidding Documents: One original and three copies. The bidding documents shall be divided into Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal, each bound as a separate volume; the Technical Proposal shall be opened first, followed by the Commercial Proposal. The bidder’s Power of Attorney and the Commercial Quotation section must be affixed with the official company seal for confirmation.
Article 5: Notes on Bidding
1. During the bidding process, in addition to commercial negotiations, a technical engineer shall be present to provide responses to questions raised by the procuring entity.
2. Bidding documents must clearly indicate any deviations between the bid product and the requirements specified in the tender documents.
3. The system software shall be accessible to Party A and shall not incorporate any features—such as password protection or time-based access controls—that could jeopardize Party A’s use thereof; otherwise, such conduct shall be deemed a breach of contract.
4. It is hereby promised that all goods used in this project are brand-new and unused; the use of counterfeit, substandard, or non-conforming products is strictly prohibited, and any violation shall result in a penalty equal to twice the value of the non-conforming goods.
5. The drawings provided by our company shall be strictly kept confidential and may not be disclosed to any other organization or individual.
6. Bid opening date: January 21, 2025
