Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group (including Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Development Zone Branch, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Drug Research Institute) ) 2026 Tender for Hazardous Waste Disposal.

This hazardous waste disposal tender is divided into two packages. ： Section 1: Shijiazhuang Company of Shisiyao Group (including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the Development Zone Branch of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) (Drug Research Institute) and Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Lot 2: Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Bidding manufacturers are free to choose which lot to participate in. Bidding sections; applicants may also participate in two bidding sections simultaneously.

Hazardous waste disposal code required: 271-001-02, 271-002-02, 271-003-02, 271-004-02, 271-005-02, 900-404-06, 900-402-06, 900-407-06 、 900-217-08, 900-249-08, 900-037-46, 772-006-49, 900-041-49, 900-046-49, 900-047-49, 900-039-49 (Since the names of hazardous wastes vary across different plant sites, only the codes for the hazardous wastes requiring disposal are listed here). (If a particular code does not have the requisite hazardous waste disposal qualifications, please indicate this in advance.)

2. Qualification Requirements:

( 1) Bidding companies must be legally registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, possess independent legal personality, hold a valid business license, and be capable of independently assuming civil liability. The registered capital of the bidding company must be no less than RMB 30 million, and its operating facilities must be located within Hebei Province.

( 2) Compliance with Legal Requirements: The Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Standard for Pollution Control on the Storage of Hazardous Wastes GB 18597-2001, the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfilling of Hazardous Wastes GB 18598-2019, the Standard for Pollution Control on the Incineration of Hazardous Wastes GB 18484-2020, and other applicable legal provisions.

( 3) The hazardous waste operation permit issued by Hebei Province shall cover all approved categories of hazardous waste, including at least eight or more of the hazardous waste disposal codes specified in the tender (except for permits that are limited to landfill disposal only).

( 4) The environmental impact assessment specifies a concrete and clear treatment process.

( 5) Possession of relevant disposal records (such as joint manifest records on the provincial solid waste management platform) and technical standards.

3. Bidding Requirements: Bidders shall bring photocopies of the company’s business license, hazardous waste operation permit, and other relevant certificates, as well as the bid quotation sheet for hazardous waste.

4. Bid Bond: 10,000 yuan, Bidding Company Required Prior to tendering Within two days, please remit the bid bond to the designated account. After completing the remarks as specified, please send the receipt to the relevant contact person. 。 The bid bond of the successful bidder shall be converted into a performance bond and refunded upon the first payment; the bid bonds of the unsuccessful bidders (in the first priority) shall be refunded after the award decision is made. 。

5. Fee Settlement: The disposal fees include tax and shipping costs. No advance payment is required upon execution of the contract; settlement shall be made on a monthly basis (based on invoices), with payment due in the following month, and Party B shall issue a special value-added tax invoice. Payment Method: Electronic acceptance or acceptance (for larger amounts).
