1. This tender for hazardous waste disposal is divided into two lots: Lot 1—Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Lot 2—Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Bidding manufacturers may freely choose to participate in either lot or in both lots simultaneously.

2. Bidding Requirements: Bidders shall bring their business license and relevant qualification certification documents.

3. Bid Bond: RMB 10,000. Bidding companies shall remit the bid bond to the designated account no later than two days prior to the tender opening, complete the remittance note in accordance with the specified requirements, and then submit the remittance receipt to the relevant contact person. The bid bond of the successful bidder will be converted into a performance bond and refunded upon the first payment; the bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders (in the first ranking) will be refunded after the award decision is made.

4. Payment Settlement: Within seven days after the contract is signed, 10% of the contract amount shall be paid; Party B shall provide, in advance, a corresponding value-added tax special invoice. Upon approval of the hazardous waste identification plan by expert review (covering all product types specified in the tender documents), 30% of the contract amount shall be paid; Party B shall provide, in advance, a corresponding value-added tax special invoice. The remaining 60% shall be paid upon completion of the filing with the Ecological Environment Bureau of all relevant materials, including the hazardous waste identification work report and public notice (covering all product types specified in the tender documents); Party B shall issue a value-added tax special invoice for this payment. Payment method: electronic acceptance or bank acceptance (for larger amounts).
