2025 Soil-Related Tender Announcement of Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group
This tender is for technical services related to the 2025 soil hazard assessment and self-monitoring of soil and groundwater at Guolong Company of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group.
1. Bidding Requirements: Bidders shall possess independent legal personality and hold all requisite qualification documents, including a business license and qualification accreditation certificates, which must be current and valid. If certain tasks are to be outsourced to another company, the bidder must have a lawful and valid outsourcing agreement with the subcontractor, and the subcontractor must also possess all necessary qualifications.
2. Bid Bond: RMB 5,000, to be remitted via telegraphic transfer, with an electronic receipt to be provided prior to bid opening. Upon award of the contract, the bond will be refunded to non-winning bidders; for the winning bidder, this amount will automatically be credited as performance security. Upon the first payment, and subject to no objection from both Party A and Party B, our company will refund the full amount of the performance security.
3. Construction Security Deposit: RMB 5,000. Upon award of the contract, the deposit shall be remitted to the designated account in accordance with the Safety Department’s requirements. In the month of the final payment, provided that neither Party A nor Party B raises any objections, our company will refund the full amount of the construction security deposit. Should the successful bidder violate the safety construction regulations, a portion of the deposit will be deducted in accordance with the relevant provisions, and only the remaining balance will be refunded (with the Safety Department’s officially stamped penalty notice serving as the primary basis for such deduction).
Payment Terms: No advance payment shall be made. Upon completion of the hazard identification and inspection tasks, 50% of the contract amount shall be paid. Upon delivery of all reports and supporting documentation—marking the completion of all soil-related work for 2025—the Party A shall pay the remaining balance. Party B shall provide a special value-added tax invoice, and the quoted price is inclusive of tax. (The service fee shall be based on the tax-exclusive price; should the applicable tax rate change, the tax-inclusive price shall be calculated on the basis of the tax-exclusive price, and the contract amount shall be paid accordingly.)
