Tender Announcement for Self-Monitoring Services in 2025 by Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group
1. This tender is for self-monitoring technical services for Guolong Company of Shisiyao Group, covering the period from June 2025 to May 2026.
2. Bidding Requirements: Bidders must be independent legal entities with complete and valid business licenses, qualification accreditation certificates, and other relevant credentials. If the winning bidder intends to entrust the monitoring of certain parameters to another company, it must submit the entrusted company’s business license and relevant monitoring qualifications at the time of contract signing.
3. Bid Bond: RMB 5,000, to be submitted via wire transfer, with an electronic remittance receipt provided prior to bid opening. Upon award of the contract, the bond will be refunded to non-winning bidders; for the winning bidder, this amount will automatically be credited as performance security. On the occasion of the first payment, and subject to no objection from both Party A and Party B, our company will refund the full amount of the performance security.
4. Construction Security Deposit: RMB 5,000. Upon award of the contract, the deposit shall be remitted to the designated account in accordance with the Safety Department’s requirements. In the month of the final payment, provided that neither Party A nor Party B raises any objections, our company will refund the full amount of the construction security deposit. Should the successful bidder violate the safety construction regulations, a portion of the deposit will be deducted in accordance with the relevant provisions, and only the remaining balance will be refunded (with the Safety Department’s officially stamped penalty notice serving as the primary basis for such deduction).
5. Payment Settlement: No advance payment is required. Upon completion of the six-month service period, 50% of the total fee shall be paid; upon completion of the full-year service period, Party A and Party B shall reconcile the year’s monitoring records, and Party A shall pay the remaining balance. The quoted price is inclusive of tax. (The service fee shall be based on the tax-exclusive price; should the applicable tax rate change, the tax-inclusive price shall be calculated on the basis of the tax-exclusive price, and the contract amount shall be paid accordingly.) Party B shall provide the corresponding special value-added tax invoices in advance. Payment method: electronic acceptance or bank acceptance (for larger amounts).
