Stripping wires, making connections, performing electrical tests—on June 12, a specialized skills competition focused on electrician expertise and safe hands-on practice kicked off, with electricians from various workshops showcasing their abilities. Amid a highly competitive atmosphere, contestants remained fully concentrated throughout the event, alternately holding their breath as they tested equipment and calmly and confidently bundling wiring. They measured insulation, tightened screws, made circuit connections, and meticulously completed each step of the prescribed wiring tasks, demonstrating both technical proficiency and adherence to safety protocols in terms of efficiency and execution. According to reports, this specialized skills competition is one of the series of activities organized as part of the Group’s “Safe Production Month.”

On April 27, the “Innovation, Leapfrogging, and the Future” thematic exhibition on high-quality enterprise development in Shijiazhuang, jointly hosted by the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Enterprise Association, and the Municipal Entrepreneurs Association, opened at the Municipal People’s Hall. Li Zhihong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the opening ceremony, which was also attended by Vice Mayor Zhang Fengzhen. On April 27, the 2023 Commemoration of International Labor Day and the National May Day Labor Awards and National Model Worker Teams Commendation Conference were solemnly held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Su Xuejun, Chairman of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was awarded the National May Day Labor Medal.
