On November 6, the finals of the inaugural National-Level New Area, Economic Development Zone, and High-Tech Zone Team Leader Management Skills Competition, co-hosted by the China Development Zones Association and the Council of the National Forum on Trade Union Work in New Areas and Development Zones, were held at the Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical team—comprising Fu Zhihui from Workshop 208 of the Group’s Manufacturing Center, Da Weiqiang and Fan Yanlong from the R&D Center, and Zhang Wenya from the Property Management Center—successfully advanced to the finals and went on to win the first-place team award. In addition, Da Weiqiang from the R&D Center and Fu Zhihui from Workshop 208 of the Manufacturing Center each received a second-place individual award, Zhang Wenya from the Property Management Center was awarded a third-place individual prize, and Fan Yanlong from the R&D Center was honored with an Outstanding Individual Award.
