On September 24, the Pharmaceutical Testing Skills Competition of the 2024 Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Workers’ Skills Contest kicked off at Hebei Vocational College of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology. Following a day-long competition on the same stage, Guo Congcong from the Injection Products Testing Department of the Quality Management Center and Sun Zhuoyan from the Comprehensive Testing Department, both representing Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, respectively won second and third prizes in the contest.

As the summer heat gradually subsides and the autumn breeze brings a refreshing coolness, the High-tech Zone Forklift Operators Skills Competition, hosted by the Trade Union of Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone and organized by Gree Electric Appliances (Shijiazhuang) Co., Ltd., came to a successful close after two days of intense competition from August 27 to 28. Six forklift operators selected and recommended by the trade union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group in collaboration with its Warehousing and Logistics Center represented the group in the event, competing alongside top teams from major enterprises across the High-tech Zone. Among them, Gao Xu, Ma Xiaolong, and Xi Jinzhen each earned third prize in the competition; notably, Xi Jinzhen set a new record in the nut-stacking event by successfully stacking seven nuts in a single attempt, equaling the competition’s all-time record.

From July 16 to 19, the Hebei–Liaoning Joint Training and Exchange Conference on Quality Management Team Achievements, co-hosted by the Hebei Provincial Quality Association and the Liaoning Provincial Quality Association, was held in Shenyang. More than 500 QC teams from across the two provinces presented their achievements, with seven problem-solving projects—including “Improving the Finished-Product Inspection Pass Rate for Double-Layer Aseptic Products”—and four innovative projects—such as “Researching Methods for Removing Organic-Solvent Impurities from Compound Amino Acid Injection”—receiving high praise from the judging panel.

On July 15, the inaugural session of the First Congress of Members of the Trade Union of Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, was held to the rousing strains of the national anthem. An Zhenfen, Vice Chairperson of the Trade Union of the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone; Huang Xiaofeng, Member of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Group; and Li Zhihui, Chairman of Guolong Pharmaceutical, attended the meeting to extend their congratulations. A total of 40 member representatives from Guolong Pharmaceutical gathered in full force, fully aware of their responsibilities and diligently fulfilling their duties as union representatives. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Xuefei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Guolong Pharmaceutical.
